Floating Steel Tube Dock Systems

Residential & Cottage Docks

Kemp premium steel tube docks are constructed using an engineered structural frame

and spiral welded steel tube floats that form the foundation for our uncompromising quality dock systems.

The components of our docks are welded together by our CWB certified welders, providing

the most rigid and stable docks available today. Once the steel work has been completed, it

is sandblasted and spray coated with the most advanced high solids epoxy coating which is certified

and approved for fresh or salt water immersion.

The finished steel work is then decked with 4 x 4 pressure treated joist, supporting

your choice of 2" x 6" pressure treated, cedar or wood composite decking, 2" x 8" fascia

boards completing the dock.

The completed dock is transported, launched and installed at its final location. Our unique

adjustable anchoring system incorporates concrete anchor blocks ranging in size from

one to four ton's depending on location and dock size. Galvanized chain is used to

moor the dock system to the lake bottom anchors. The system is adjustable to counter

changing water levels with minimal maintenance or alterations.

Kemp Dock systems are capable of being left in year round. To complete

the project we provide aluminum access ramps with or without your choice of aluminum

or wooden handrails, in many different styles.
